Casey Radle, Therapist & Career Counselor
Do you find yourself taking care of everybody else in your life and there’s no time left for you? Do you feel depressed, stressed or overwhelmed? If so, it might be helpful for us to meet. Seeing a therapist for the first time can be a little nerve-racking. I understand that it can be hard to open up and really be honest with others and sometimes even with ourselves! I applaud you for taking the first step toward doing something to support your emotional well-being and personal growth – I know it isn’t always easy to do!
Ever find yourself worrying excessively or unable to relax? Are you struggling with feelings of inadequacy, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence? Are you your harshest critic? Do you compare yourself to others and feel you always come up short? Have others called you “overly sensitive” or told you that you need to grow a thicker skin? If any of this resonates with you, let’s chat. As a “recovering perfectionist” and lifelong highly sensitive person (HSP) myself, I’m here to help you recognize and appreciate your talents, abilities, and self-worth by counseling from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective. I value self-expression, honesty, and respect in the counseling process and am dedicated to facilitating each person’s own exploration in a supportive, affirming, and non-judgmental environment.
When we meet, I will demonstrate genuine care and compassion while supporting exploration of your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. From there, I will collaborate with you further to provide insight and to support subsequent plans of action that lead to the positive changes you want to make in your life.
I specialize in working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders, grief and loss, career development, and relationship concerns. I also have a proven track record of excellent writing and proofreading skills and can assist you with graduate admission essays and personal statement critiques.
I have over ten years of professional work experience in a variety of arenas: non-profit, the arts, corporate business, higher education, and private practice. Known for being exceptionally observant and for paying great attention to detail, I look forward to helping you achieve your individual goals!

“I am doing so much better now, which I owe largely to you, Casey. It was immensely helpful for me to meet with you and talk about/understand my feelings and what was going on. Also, your advice on coping strategies was so helpful in reducing my anxiety and getting me through the transition back to school. Since I’ve started at school, I haven’t really had any issues with anxiety, but I do feel like I have such a better handle on how to deal with it now should it crop up again.”
“Casey Radle is a treasure. I could not have asked for a more professional or knowledgeable counselor–she has been priceless in helping me to achieve an effective focus on the process I’m going through, as well as giving me effective tools to move forward.”
“Casey has been extremely helpful. Although it has been a slow process, I am starting to see the benefits of our meetings. I also really appreciate her positive spin on things and she is helping me learn to change the negative aspects in my life.”
“Casey is seriously the most uplifting yet realistic person I have come into contact with during my career search. She is absolutely wonderful, and I always leave her office feeling confident and prepared. Amazing.”
“I was uncertain about changing careers, but Casey made me feel as though I have many options to explore. I now believe my career path is promising, and I am confident Casey will guide me through it all with sensitivity and expertise.”
“I love Ms. Radle! She has been very helpful in boosting my confidence in myself, which has allowed me to feel I can sell myself in a way that will get me the career I want. She has also played a big role in helping me realize what skills I have and how to best utilize them to get the job I want.”
“She was very helpful and energetic about my concerns. I felt like I could accomplish my objectives with her help. I have recommended her to other co-workers who need career advice.”
“We are so grateful you were available to meet. You were just the right person for her to talk to. She looked so much more herself when we left, and that was such a relief to me. She told me she felt so much better after talking with you, that she felt very comfortable with you, and that she felt you had made insightful and helpful suggestions…..Again, I am so glad you were available and able to meet with us. Thank you, also, for making us, her parents, feel welcome in your office.”
“I attribute a lot of my success to your insight and guidance – just wanted to let you know that you’re awesome at helping people realize their potential and I truly appreciate every bit of advice you’ve ever given me! Thank you!!!”
