Thank you for requesting an appointment with one of our counselors. You should receive a confirmation of your requested appointment time within 48 hours from your counselor.
If you are a new client, you will receive a separate email with a user id and password to complete our initial client paperwork in our client portal. Be sure these are completed 24 hours prior to your appointment time so we have time to review them and make the most of our time together.
**Please be sure to provide 36 business hours notice (Friday before Monday and the day prior to a holiday for appointments after a holiday) if you are unable to attend your scheduled session to avoid being charged for the session. You may call 832-559-2622 to change your appointment information or use the link in your confirmation email.
If you registered when scheduling your appointment, you will be able to view your appointment history as well as scheduling any future appointments. We hope you find this system easy and convenient.
