This journal exercise is designed to help you get in touch with what you are feeling and ways to recognize and describe it. Greater awareness of one’s feelings is associated with positive mental health and emotion regulation.
Spend time completing this exercise at several different times of day / week. Try and capture a wide range of feelings that you experience.
