Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Evening Group was developed to help with out of control emotions. If you’re feeling stuck in emotional suffering, a DBT therapy group can be helpful for you. In the group, you will learn a series of skills to help you cope with difficult emotions and live a better life.
DBT skills help your middle schooler/tween manage big emotions to create a life they love.
Has your teen experienced a significant loss, trauma or stress? The trauma and grief group therapy for teens can reduce isolation and build healing and resilience.
The process parent group will help couples/partners to join other like-minded parents who are seeking support for their concerns, worries, and challenges in raising their children and will provide a safe space to connect with others going through the same challenges and know they are not alone.

DBT Therapy for High schoolers will help your teen regulate emotions, communicate more effectively with parents and others, recognize avoidance behaviors and consciously manage those behaviors. Your teen will learn skills to be happy, even under the many stresses of teenage life.
This group is for Parents and/or caregivers who are living with teens with emotional dis-regulation and need help learning skills to respond effectively to their teen, and help their teen regulate their emotions, mood swings, self-harm, and anger outbursts.
