Stress & Anxiety Reduction Skills Group for Healthcare Workers *No Cost*

healthcare workers walkingHealthcare workers are on the front lines of this global pandemic and coping with high levels of stress. We are offering a free stress and anxiety reduction skills group for healthcare workers to give them the support they need.

This 8-week program follows a research-based curriculum developed by James Gordon, MD of the Center for Mind Body Medicine. The curriculum has been used effectively worldwide in war zones, disaster stricken areas (including Hurricane Harvey), traumas (El Paso) and crises to alleviate the stress and anxiety of those impacted.

This is an 8-week structured, skills-based group designed to teach effective skills in reducing stress and anxiety. This is not a drop-in group.

The group will meet Tuesdays, 7-8:15 pm and is facilitated by Suzanne Kamfar, therapist and former ER physician.
