Support for Women
We all need four things: to be seen, heard, connect and belong. We live in a time when many of us are feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected—from ourselves and others—and we’re craving meaningful connection and community.
This group will offer you:
- Support in your role as a mom, regardless of work/home/relationship status
- Resources for creating balance from the inside-out
- Strategies and insights for emotional coping and self-renewal
- Ways to reconnect with “who you are”
- Community and meaningful connection with like-minded women
- Tools for coping with the challenges of parenthood, postpartum depression or anxiety, stress and anxiety, emotions, and more
You are not alone
Regardless of the posts you see on social media, women are struggling.
- 15-20% of women experience significant symptoms of anxiety and depression after childbirth
- Women tend to blame ourselves vs recognizing that emotional symptoms are not a sign of failure
- Some women feel ashamed or embarrassed to share how they are feeling with others
- Emotional symptoms aren't necessarily visible on the outside, which makes it harder to get the support you need from others
- Feeling irritable and overwhelmed can be signs that you need support, but in no way reflect your ability as a mother
- Our modern culture often makes receiving support challenging; you may live a long distance from family and friends, or receive the message that you should be able to handle things on your own
Give yourself the gift of support and find a new path to resilience.

Why Join A Group
When you are overwhelmed, it can be hard to imagine finding the time to commit to one more thing.
However, receiving support from others can boost your energy and emotional resources in new ways.
You may be familiar with the phrase, "It takes a village." Groups help you realize you are not alone. They can help you relate to yourself and others in healthier ways and provide resources for coping with the challenges and emotions you may be experiencing.
Giving yourself the space to give and receive support is powerful.
