I am doing so much better now, which I owe largely to you (Casey Radle). It was immensely helpful for me to meet with you and talk about/understand my feelings and what was going on. Also, your advice on coping strategies was so helpful in reducing my anxiety and getting me through the transition back to school. Since I've started at school, I haven't really had any issues with anxiety, but I do feel like I have such a better handle on how to deal with it now should it crop up again. -anxiety client
