Elizabeth's Focus

You deserve a chill space where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. When we meet, I’ll use a mix of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques that work just for you.

Therapy is all about growing and discovering more about yourself. It’s not about being weak; it’s actually a brave step towards living a happier life. I’m dedicated to giving you and your children a safe place to dig into what’s bothering you, connect with who you really are, and build better relationships.

I work with folks of all ages, whether it’s one-on-one, kids, teens, or families, and I especially love working with kids going through changes or experiencing anxiety, stress, or behavioral challenges. I also have a soft spot for helping professional women in corporate jobs deal with burnout, stress, and anxiety.

I’ve got a lot of experience working with individuals, children and teens from all kinds of backgrounds and issues. I’m all about providing care that respects different cultures, lifestyles and beliefs by creating a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
