I hope to collaborate with you to alleviate any pain, frustration, or worries that may be keeping you from reaching your academic, professional, and/or personal pursuits. I have experience working with women, couples, military, first responders, and families.

Jennifer's Other Specialities
I incorporate trauma-informed mindfulness practices such as brainspotting, as well as solution-focused techniques into my work with clients to make sure that the root of each therapeutic issue is addressed and you can track your own progress in therapy over time via goal-setting. I have formal training in motivational interviewing (MI) techniques and practice from a solution-focused lens. I also use CBT-informed exercises in my work with clients.
