I am trained in Crisis and Suicide Intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Forensic Assessment. I have worked with children, teens, and adults in private practice and acute care settings. I provide care for individuals and couples. Together we can successfully navigate some of the most challenging areas including trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, Schizophrenia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Narcissistic abuse, getting past infidelity, and suicidal ideation among many other issues.
I worked with sex offenders in the past as well utilized counseling skills to treat the individual as well as reduce recidivism to keep the community at large safe.
I counsel in an atmosphere of complete acceptance of you. I use an eclectic, person-centered approach that is built on the cornerstone of unconditional positive regard.
I will utilize any method that will help you recover, strengthen and thrive, including Adlerian techniques to Narrative Therapy to Trauma-focused therapy among others, all the while encouraging insight and the use of healing, coping skills as a cornerstone of my practice.
