Katie's Focus

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as my primary modality. We will focus on correcting problematic thoughts and behaviors that may be causing emotional distress.

As I realize therapy isn’t a one size fits all approach, I will also incorporate tools from other orientations depending on what we determine best fit your needs.

Katie's Other Specialities

I am goal-oriented and genuinely excited to help you get where you want to go. I also understand that working toward objectives is not a straight line.

When you work with me, you have a judgment-free zone in which to be open about where you are, where you want to be, and what you can handle at the moment.

Together, we can tailor our work to be manageable and move the needle forward at your pace.

More About Katie

Outside of the office, I enjoy walking the trails in Houston, spending time with my dog, and cooking.
