Positive Self Affirmations

Positive self affirmations can help you feel better about yourself, have a positive outlook, lower stress and reduce unhealthy coping behaviors. Daily positive self affirmation can help you to create positive self-talk, even if you don’t actually believe what you are saying just yet. (Fake it ’till you make it!) You can write an affirmation on a post it note and put it on your mirror, computer, car dashboard or set it as a reminder on your smart phone. Make it a daily habit and notice your attitude change over time. Have fun with this – you deserve to feel good about yourself!   Here’s one to start with:
