If you find yourself grazing, overeating, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating,  binge eating, compulsive eating or obsessing about food, it’s time to make peace!  If you are feeling out of control with your relationship with food you’re not alone. You can break free from out of control eating and weight obsession to find meaning and joy in your life. It is possible to have a different relationship with food, your body and yourself.

If you are ready to make peace with food, mind, body, and emotions, this workshop is for you. Start your journey to healing in this one-day experiential and educational workshop designed to provide knowledge, awareness, and practical skills in overcoming emotional overeating. The focus will be on mind, body, emotional, and spiritual (purpose) connection.

For: Adults ready to stop binge eating, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, or who are tired of yo-yo dieting.

How Long: 9:30-5:00pm. Light lunch will be provided and we will eat together as part of the skill building. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to note them on your registration form. You will also have break time to attend to personal matters throughout the day. Please dress comfortably in clothing easy to move freely in as we will also engage in gentle movement.

Materials: 

The workshop will also cover the 10 core principles outlined in the book, Intuitive Eating, 3rd Edition. You can find in any major bookstore or online here: Intuitive Eating, 3rd Edition.

Prior to the workshop start date, please pick up a copy of the book and read as much as you can.

You’ll receive supplemental handouts/worksheets at the workshop.
