Kim's Focus
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to create positive change but feel stuck in some area of their lives. Many of my clients are navigating challenges such as anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, stress, societal pressures, or major life transitions—experiences that can leave them feeling disconnected from themselves or others. My role is to help them cultivate a mindset rooted in self-worth and empowerment, guiding them back to their authentic selves. Together, we work to foster inner peace and build a life in which they can truly thrive.
When you come to therapy with me, you’re not just sitting across from a professional—you’re sitting with someone who truly understands that anxiety, relationship challenges, cultural pressures, and life transitions aren’t just “issues” on paper. They can impact your whole sense of self. My role is to walk alongside you, help you untangle the confusion, and equip you with tools and perspective so you can move toward the life you want. You don’t have to face this alone.

Kim's Other Specialities
I’m passionate about supporting women navigating challenges such as fertility struggles, endometriosis, relationship issues, societal pressures, life transitions, perimenopause, and other stressors. Often, the pain isn’t only in the symptoms themselves—it’s also in the gap between the life they’re living and the life they deeply desire. My work focuses on helping bridge that gap so they can move toward the life they truly want.
I help clients cultivate deep self-worth and lasting empowerment, guiding them back to their authentic selves, fostering inner peace, and creating the foundation for a life where they can truly thrive.
More About Kim
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me spending time with my favorite people (and my very sweet dog), exploring Houston’s amazing food scene, dominating at game night, planning my next adventure, or enjoying moments of self-care. I believe a fulfilling life is built on a balance of connection, adventure, and quiet reflection—and I try to live that out every day.
