Liz's Focus
Your therapy needs to be tailored to your individual needs. Why? Because no one else has your unique experiences. Our work together will be to understand those experiences and the underlying patterns. It’s this process that will lead you to greater self-awareness and personal healing.
You can expect me to draw from a vast library of evidence-based modalities, such as psychodynamic, task-oriented, humanistic, and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and EMDR trauma therapy. You deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I’m committed to your inner strength and resilience because you’re stronger than you know. My role is to empower you so you can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
Drawing on my experience working with clients aged 18-65, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I’m particularly skilled in working with women, providing a compassionate and understanding ear, and with the LGBTQ+ community.

More About Liz
When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy exploring my love for animals, especially my Australian shepherd. I’m also a dedicated reader and I often find solace in a good book before bed. If you’re looking for a unique fun-fact, I once was featured on a billboard for the LSU bookstore advertising sorority merchandise…even though I’ve never been a member of a sorority in my life!
