About Rebecca Lindamood

She/Her

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing? Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, family challenges, low self-esteem, caregiver fatigue, or a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Rebecca provides a compassionate, curious, and supportive space where you can show up as you are, even when you don’t have the right words.

Together, you’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Rebecca will help you recognize the strengths you already carry, build greater self-awareness, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and connection.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can simply show up as you are.
