He/Him

I enjoy working alongside people as they reconnect with their potential and find their way back to a sense of joy. That joy can show up in many places—through relationships, meaningful activities, inner peace, or even small moments of presence in everyday life.

When life feels overwhelming, looking for joy can feel frustrating or out of reach. You may find yourself feeling stuck in fear, sadness, confusion, or distress, and it can be hard to feel fully understood—or even connected to yourself.

I believe healing begins with being seen and heard. From there, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, deepen your awareness, and explore what change might look like in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.

You are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you deepen your understanding, strengthen your sense of agency, and move toward the kind of life and relationships you want.

I offer an affirming and inclusive space for people of all identities, including those in the LGBTQ+ community. You deserve to feel safe, respected, and fully seen here.

Taking that first step can be the hardest part—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Ron's Focus

As a therapist, I focus on how we relate—to ourselves, to others, and within the environments we live, including how identity, culture, and lived experience shape those relationships. Our experiences are shaped within these connections, and at the same time, I believe you are the expert on your own life.

I don’t see therapy as a process of fixing something that’s broken. It’s about creating a space where you can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. From that kind of connection, we begin to explore how your experiences have shaped you, how you relate to yourself and others, and what might be possible moving forward.

I often find myself holding two things at once: acceptance of where you are and openness to change. Both matter. At times, this means making space for parts of your experience that have not had a voice. At other times, it means finding new ways of responding, connecting, or setting boundaries. Most often, it is both.

When something is not working, it is important to look beyond the individual and consider the context in which it exists. At the same time, meaningful change comes through awareness, connection, and your ability to make choices that align with who you are and who you want to become.

My approach is grounded in an integrative, relational philosophy that values awareness, curiosity, and connection—both within yourself and in your relationships with others.
