Tali's Focus
I believe every person already possesses strengths that can help them overcome life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution-focused, helping you build on what’s already working while developing new skills to navigate difficult seasons.
Whether you’re adjusting to a career transition, balancing family responsibilities, managing relationship changes, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll focus on your unique goals and create practical strategies that fit your everyday life. Rather than staying rooted in past pain, we’ll work toward building a future that feels hopeful, balanced, and authentic.
Having personally experienced the challenges of balancing family life and professional responsibilities, I understand how easy it is to feel stretched too thin. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
Tali's Other Specialities
While my primary passion is supporting women through life transitions, I also work with clients experiencing:
Life Transitions: Career changes, relationship changes, personal growth, and adjusting to new life stages.
Women’s Issues: Balancing work and family, managing personal expectations, building confidence, and navigating life’s evolving roles.
Individual Therapy: Anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, self-esteem, and developing healthy coping skills.
Using a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, I help clients identify practical tools, develop resilience, and create meaningful changes that improve daily life. Together, we’ll focus on realistic goals that help you move forward with confidence.
More About Tali
Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time in the Pilates studio and gathering with friends for a game of Mahjong. These activities remind me of the importance of balance, connection, mindfulness, and finding joy in everyday moments—values I also bring into my work with clients.
