About Tali Tessler

She/Her

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions, balancing career and family, or navigating relationship changes? You don’t have to face these challenges alone. As a compassionate graduate student therapist, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and empowered.

My passion is helping women navigate major life changes with greater confidence and clarity. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, identify practical solutions, and create meaningful steps toward the life you want. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming—it begins with taking that first courageous step.

The toughest step in your healing journey is booking the first appointment. Once you’re here, we’ll move forward together.

Tali's Focus

I believe every person already possesses strengths that can help them overcome life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution-focused, helping you build on what’s already working while developing new skills to navigate difficult seasons.

Whether you’re adjusting to a career transition, balancing family responsibilities, managing relationship changes, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll focus on your unique goals and create practical strategies that fit your everyday life. Rather than staying rooted in past pain, we’ll work toward building a future that feels hopeful, balanced, and authentic.

Having personally experienced the challenges of balancing family life and professional responsibilities, I understand how easy it is to feel stretched too thin. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.

More About Tali

Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy spending time in the Pilates studio and gathering with friends for a game of Mahjong. These activities remind me of the importance of balance, connection, mindfulness, and finding joy in everyday moments—values I also bring into my work with clients.
