About Talia Loredo

Phone Extension: 510

Life can be overwhelming — especially when insecurity, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, or anger make it hard to feel confident in yourself and connected in your relationships. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, lonely, or disconnected, even within the most important relationships in their lives.

You’re not alone — and change is possible.

I’m Talia Loredo, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome the emotional patterns that keep them feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, or unable to fully show up for themselves and the people they care about. I provide a supportive, honest, and healing space where you can begin to feel secure, confident, and empowered — both within yourself and in your relationships.

Talia's Other Specialities

Supporting Couples & Individuals

Many couples come to therapy feeling misunderstood, alone, or out of sync with one another. I help partners:

  • Break patterns of disconnection

  • Understand each other’s emotional needs

  • Build safety, trust, and emotional intimacy

  • Communicate more clearly and compassionately

By combining evidence-based approaches with warmth and compassion, I help couples feel truly heard, understood, and supported — so they can create relationships that feel nurturing and strong.

In addition to providing individual and couples therapy, I’m also certified by the National Sex Therapy Institute as a certified sex therapist. I feel there’s something specifically beautiful about being present in therapy while pursuing a loving relationship.

More About Talia

I love to escape into the worlds of historical fiction and fantasy novels. When I’m not lost in a book, you might find me on the tennis court, working on my serve. I’m also passionate about cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing delicious meals. And of course, my days wouldn’t be complete without spending time with my two cats.

History And Qualifications

My Therapeutic Approach

Every person’s story is unique — and so should therapy be. I tailor our work together to your individual needs, drawing from proven modalities such as:

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Gottman Method for couples

  • Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy

This means we’ll not only understand the “why” behind your struggles, but also develop real-world strategies to help you feel more empowered in your life and relationships.

A Safe, Supportive Space for Healing

Therapy with me is grounded in connection, honesty, and growth. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and begin to create the life and relationships you envision — with confidence, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.
