Tasha's Focus

Your unique needs and goals are the priority and inform my approach. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to therapy. So, I draw from various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, grief therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your struggles and develop strategies that meet your unique needs and will help you manage difficult emotions and situations.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to guide and support you on your path to healing. If you work with me, you can expect:

  • Respect: I approach each client with respect and understanding, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences.
  • Open-Mindedness: I am open to hearing your unique perspective and experiences without judgment.
  • Flexibility: I understand that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I am flexible in my approach to best suit your individual needs.
