Trauma and Grief Hinder Everything
When a loved one faces a tragedy, it's more painful than words can easily describe. There is often so much pain and stress that those words become inadequate. When a young person goes through such things, it's even worse. For their loved ones, it can be like watching them be drained of their life force, their vitality.
Young people are supposed to be growing and learning and loving. But your person is cutting themselves off. They are afraid of everything and welcome nothing.
It's impossible to get them to talk about any of it, and you have tried. But they are just so sad, or afraid.
You see, traumatic events or extreme grief left unprocessed can quickly turn sideways.
Your child might be:
- Failing out of school
- Isolating themselves
- Experiencing depression
- Developing anxiety
- Ending meaningful relationships in response to their pain
- Losing meaning
We have seen this before and we are glad to tell you that it doesn't need to be like this.

The Answer - Trauma & Grief Processing Group
Stop these inadequate coping skills in their tracks and get your child some healing that works.
As a part of our Trauma & Grief Processing Group they will:
- Be a part of a group of other kids facing the same kinds of struggles. No one's story is the same and they will see how others get through.
- Change their unhealthy grieving patterns to healthy ones that will actually make them feel better.
- Free them from being so "stuck".
- Experience a reduction in post-traumatic stress.
Not only will they be able to work through this, but they will be better equipped to face any further trauma.
This group will provide them with the necessary tools and skills they need to face whatever comes their way. They will know that they never have to be alone with these feelings again.
Your child doesn't need to feel broken anymore.
