We hear you. This group is designed specifically for adults under 50 living with CD or UC. Here, you’ll find a supportive space to connect with others who truly understand the challenges you face.

When you join this group you’ll find the support and tools you need to navigate the challenges of your condition and discover a stronger sense of self. You’ll learn how to:

• Express your needs with confidence: Develop effective communication skills to advocate for yourself in various situations.
• Embrace self-compassion: Learn valuable techniques to be kinder to yourself as you navigate the challenges of managing your health.
• Discover a strong sense of self: Explore your unique strengths and interests, and redefine your identity beyond the limitations of your illness.
