This group is for parents in blended families who are struggling to insert themselves into their family unit, connect to step-children, and/or co-parent biological children with non-bio parents.
This group is for teens who need a space to talk to and connect with other teens who are also experiencing the challenges of divorce and blending families.

Has your teen experienced a significant loss, trauma or stress? The trauma and grief group therapy for teens can reduce isolation and build healing and resilience.

DBT Therapy for High schoolers will help your teen regulate emotions, communicate more effectively with parents and others, recognize avoidance behaviors and consciously manage those behaviors. Your teen will learn skills to be happy, even under the many stresses of teenage life.
This group is for Parents and/or caregivers who are living with teens with emotional dis-regulation and need help learning skills to respond effectively to their teen, and help their teen regulate their emotions, mood swings, self-harm, and anger outbursts.
