Are you looking for a psychological assessment to help you gain greater clarity and establish your path to success? As a young adult or professional, are you… Are you an individual who is… If you are a parent, you may want to know if your child’s… Many of the challenges that children and adults face can be confusing and difficult to navigate without understanding their nature and origin. However, our psychological testing and assessment services can help you find hope and solutions amid the confusion while empowering you with the ability to navigate future challenges on your own.

Many People Use Psychological Assessment Services To Find Clarity
For anyone encountering obstacles to their success and happiness, it is perfectly natural to want to understand why. This is particularly true if you are a parent who is struggling to understand your:
- child’s behavior,
- academic performance, or
- lack of connection and social skills.
Adults can often intuit that their life is not exactly the way they want it, possibly because of some underlying reasons.
However, unlike adults, kids generally don’t have the ability to articulate what they feel or need. And if your child is dealing with a neurological or developmental disorder, such as autism or ADHD, testing can be an invaluable ally.
In 2014, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) estimated that 1 in 59 children was diagnosed as having some level of an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Transitively, research has also revealed that autism in adults is much more prevalent than once thought.
At one time, people had to struggle in the dark with their fear of uncertainty, but today, testing can provide illumination. That light can help you find clarity for:
- improving your relationships,
- overcoming personal challenges, and
- equipping your child with the tools and awareness needed for success.

Assessment Services Can Provide You With Answers And Hope
One of the great benefits of testing is that it saves you the expense of throwing your money, energy, and hope at an issue you don’t know how to address. It gives you the awareness, resources, and tools needed to target the issue directly to find real solutions that offer sustainable improvements.
Our scientific and objective evaluations can get to the core of your issue, offering you validation and relief from the uncertainty. Here is what you can expect:
- In a space of respect and understanding, we will begin with an immersive conversation about the challenges you are facing and what you would ultimately like to achieve from testing.
- Depending on your situation, we may have questionnaires for various people, such as teachers, parents, children, partners, or you, the client.
- After reviewing that information, we may create a narrative interpretation of those results to illustrate the reality of your challenges.
- You will also receive an official report that you can keep with you to use at your discretion.
- We’ll provide you with psychoeducational information that will help you understand your or your child’s situation and lessen its emotional impact.
In a relatively short time, you can understand yourself and/or your child better, gain resources for success, and organize the chaos into something that is manageable.
Everyone’s situation is different, which is why we never just throw tests at clients. We will listen to your story and, based on that information, determine specifically which assessments would best suit your needs.

Some of the psychological services we provide include the following:
- Testing for employment screening: forensic, police, security, military and related positions

- Parent coaching, resources, and skills building

- We do NOT offer child custody evaluations or other court-related evaluations.
We understand that it can be stressful navigating the unknown, but testing can give your problems a name and a face that you can learn to recognize.
Once you know what you are dealing with, you can create a targeted strategy for overcoming that obstacle directly.
In the process, you can improve your self-esteem, increase your ability to make decisions confidently, and deepen the connection you have with yourself and your child.

Psychological Testing FAQ's
Testing can be an investment that can guide you the rest of your life.
It can give you the tools, education, and resources needed to improve nearly every aspect of your (or your child’s) being.
The relationships you preserve, the career path you choose, and the personal challenges you overcome are invaluable benefits.
In a very short time, you can gain objective insight that will benefit you indefinitely.
A child develops far more than any adult does in a single moment, so it is important that we understand exactly what they are going through.
Overlooking a learning disability or mental health concern means risking that your child will be left behind even further, which could negatively impact the way they perceive themselves.
What we can do at this critical juncture is help you protect your child’s brain.
None of us are born feeling bad about ourselves. It’s a learned behavior—a residual effect of feeling powerless or not capable like everyone else.
A psychoeducational evaluation ensures that your child has the same chance to succeed as anyone else.
Some testing can be relatively brief, and others may take longer, depending on the situation.
However, in those cases, we always break up the process so you don’t have to do everything all at once.
We understand that you already have enough on your plate, so we offer very flexible scheduling, including some weekend and evening hours.
Working together, if only briefly, you can get answers that will save you time and energy later.
Psychological evaluations are usually completed within 2-3 sessions, depending on the purpose of the evaluation. A specific set of assessments and tests are chosen for each individual and the plan and cost are reviewed with clients before testing is scheduled.
After testing is completed, the client receives an evaluation report that contains a thorough assessment of each concern, the relevant history, and observations. Evaluation reports also provide detailed results of each test administered along with a summary report and recommendations.
Clients are invited and encouraged to participate in a feedback session that consists of a conversation about your evaluation results and treatment recommendations. This feedback session is one of the most valuable elements of the evaluation process.
After all, the goal of testing is to help clients better understand their learning style, approach to life and challenges so they are better equipped to understand and participate in the recommended steps for future success.
Although a simple checklist of symptoms might suggest that a person has Autism Spectrum Disorder, a careful evaluation by an expert in this area is needed to determine this with certainty.
A thorough investigation of the person’s history and current behavior is needed, including psychological testing to identify other disorders that could also be present.
