Courtney's Focus
I use a person-centered and empathetic approach to support and empower individuals to feel aligned and meet their goals. I diligently assist youths, adults, families and couples in finding the most beneficial tools and resources to help them cope and produce change.
Therapy is not one size fits all. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, moods, intrusive thoughts, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal ideation, relationship distress or life transitions, we will work together to create the best form of care to meet your needs. If you aren’t struggling with anything specific and just need to talk and have someone to listen to, you are in the right place!

Courtney's Other Specialities
I have specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is an evidence-based treatment for youths and their families impacted by trauma. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Mindfulness to support, educate and empower each individual young and seasoned. Additionally, I have training in Gottman’s Marriage Counseling to provide couples with tools to meet their relationship needs.
