Elizabeth's Focus
You deserve a warm, collaborative space where you feel secure to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You’ll find a blend of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques when meeting with me, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Therapy is a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth. It’s not a sign of weakness, but rather a courageous step towards a more fulfilling life. I am committed to providing a safe space for you to explore your vulnerabilities, connect with your authentic selves, and build healthier relationships.
Elizabeth's Other Specialities
I work with all ages, both individually and with couples or families, and I especially enjoy teenagers. I also hold particular expertise in supporting professional women in corporate America who grapple with burnout, stress, and anxiety.
I possess extensive experience working with individuals and teens from diverse backgrounds and a variety of concerns. I am committed to providing culturally competent care and fostering a safe space for all clients.
More About Elizabeth
Beyond my therapeutic practice, I am an avid writer and find solace in writing during my free time. I shared the same writing coach as Ray Bradbury! I also enjoy unwinding with rom coms and cozy mysteries. My work history includes a stint at The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Sourcing Analyst.
History And Qualifications
My Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling is from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. Previously, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in History and Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. I’ve also received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Liberal Arts, both from Texas Christian University.
Prior to entering the mental health field, I gained varied and valuable experience in business management, process improvement, and educating youth.
