About Kelsey Engdorf

She/Her

I understand how stressful and overwhelming life can be at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, sadness, trauma, or just feeling “off,” therapy can help make things a lot more manageable.

I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and couples to help them build the lives they want.

My focus is on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment and providing clients with the tools needed for making meaningful changes.

Kelsey's Focus

I enjoy helping couples build or rebuild their relationship. I understand how easy it is to get “stuck” in the same communication patterns over and over again or fall out of touch with your partner. I use direct, research-based interventions to help couples move past their issues and towards a meaningful connection.

Kelsey's Other Specialities

I understand that, sometimes, what “should be” one of the happiest times of your life turns into one of the hardest. Whether it’s fertility issues, health scares, or grief, problems around reproduction can be some of the most emotional.

I use a variety of methods, including EMDR, to help people deal with and heal from these difficult experiences.

More About Kelsey

In my personal life, I spend most of my time with my husband and two young sons.
