Ron's Focus
As a therapist, I often use a systems approach. Our challenges and successes in life are impacted by the relationships we have with family, friends, coworkers, society, and beyond. Counseling is not an effort to fix you, but an opportunity for you to explore how you interact in these systems and what adjustments might be possible. Individual growth and change is inevitable, but you are not the only variable. I am reminded of this amazing quote:
“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.” -Alexander Den Heijer

What Clients Are Saying
Highly Recommend
Hi, I just wanted to tell you that my son had his appointment yesterday with one of your therapists, and it was great! I would highly recommend your organization to anyone seeking guidance about where to go in a career. Thank you very much. He walked away feeling happy and relaxed and excited. (Not always like him — he would tell me if he thought it was a waste of time!!) Also, when I read details about his MBTI type, I honestly got tears in my eyes, because it perfectly describes him!
When my other sons get old enough to graduate high school & look for a career, we will use your services again. I think this is excellent feedback for anyone to have.
