Help your teen FLOURISH.
FLOURISH is a therapy and support group for high-school-age adolescents. Teens will learn how to boost self-confidence, strengthen interpersonal relationships, develop empathy and connectedness, and cope more effectively with daily stressors. The group is led by an experienced teen therapist. The teen therapy group uses a mixture of experiential exercises and group discussion to help foster a healthy identity and positive relationships with others.
Group therapy is a powerful way to build self-esteem and social skills.
Through connection with others, teens learn and practice self-acceptance, and empathy. The process facilitates the development of a healthy identity, self-confidence and coping strategies for difficult thoughts and emotions. It can be especially powerful for teen who feel less comfortable around others as the connection and safety of the group builds social skills.
Research shows a 73% improvement in teens in group therapy vs. other therapies.
The anxieties teens experience socially “show up” in group therapy providing a unique opportunity for learning personal and social confidence, and overcoming self-doubt.
Individual therapy is excellent for overcoming fears, improving mood, and changing behaviors and thinking patterns.

Getting Started in the Teen Group:
The teen therapy group meets once weekly, either Tuesday or Thursday nights.
Cost: $75 per session, billed at 300/month.
