It recently occurred to me that I have been a client of Joan Mullinax for five years now! At the time I made my first appointment with her in 2015, I felt utterly broken and was doubtful therapy could help. I had no idea how life changing it would be – that this session would be the first step of an incredible journey that still continues to this day. Since then, Joan has opened my eyes in so many ways it’s hard to count. She has given me a better understanding of my emotions and myself; more confidence; an ability to love myself; and tools to deal with life’s situations in a healthier way. It’s downright astonishing how far I’ve come since that first appointment. I am in such an enlightened and happier place now, a place I could never be without her.
