Goals for the Women’s Empowerment Group:

Join this Women's Empowerment Group

Group therapy creates a community of people that understand your experiences.

Our goals in this group are to help you learn how to connect with yourself and others with understanding, empathy, and compassion. We will explore how to develop a deeper relationship with yourself and those around you. We will cover aspects of what a healthy relationship with yourself looks like and how to cultivate connection and self-compassion. Members of this group will build self-worth, combat shame, and decrease overwhelm in all areas of your life.

Why a Women’s Empowerment Group?

Group therapy creates a community of people that understand your experiences. This shared empathy is conducive to an environment that will promote supportive and growth-minded individuals. By normalizing the experience of disconnection and overwhelm and promoting your capacity towards healing, groups have the potential to strengthen coping, as well as reduce isolation. Group therapy is a powerful way to help recover from trauma.
