Licensed Psychologist and Career Counselor
Do you spend your time dreaming of a life you just can’t seem to create? Are you feeling stuck and can’t seem to make the changes needed to live a fulfilling life? Are you so focused on the needs of others that there is never time to focus on yourself? Do you feel that your current career is not fulfilling anymore? I collaborate with my clients to identify the patterns that are creating obstacles to a balanced life. My work with clients includes helping clients design their own success through an approach that combines authenticity, integrity and creativity. Overall my style exhibits valuing individual uniqueness of the human experience and connection. I look forward to helping you to create an authentic life and career.
As a licensed psychologist, I have years of experience empowering adults to recognize their strengths, create successful action plans and realize satisfying and dynamic lives and careers. I enjoy working with clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety and stress, self-esteem, intimacy, expression of emotion, intercultural/intracultural relationships & dialogues and fitness goal issues.
I also have a passion for career counseling and helping clients find effective career solutions. Typical clients I see are experiencing burn out, career transitions, conflict in the workplace, identifying management style and/or a lack of work/life balance. I can help you to create a career that aligns with your experience, skills, qualities and life values.
I also enjoy facilitating general support process-oriented therapy groups in which women discuss current personal concerns and gain insight into problems affecting their self-esteem, relationships, work/life balance and overall emotional or physical well-being.
